2. Information We Collect
The kind of information that We collect about You includes Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. Personal Information and Non-Personal Information are collectively referred to as "Information".
Some of the Services require us to learn more about you so that we can best meet your needs. When you access the Services, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with certain information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes (but is not limited to) the following categories of information:

We may also collect information other than Personal Information from You through the Website when You visit and/or use the Website. Such information may be stored in server logs. Such Non-Personal Information would not assist us to identify You personally. Such Non-Personal Information may include:
(i) Your usage details such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used;
(ii) Master and transaction data and other data stored in Your user account;
(iii) Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system and other visitor details collected in Our log files.
We may also collect information while using the Services through Mobile Application: information including but not limited to device id, text, graphics, software, phone contacts, photos, videos, music, film clips, digital content, audiovisual combinations, interactive features, call records and other materials that you may view on, access through, or upload to the product or services. We may access the call logs on your device to integrate them with Press3. This is used to provide call analytics and a studied pattern of usage for the customer.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information (including Personal Information and Traffic Data) when you use and interact with the Services. Such means of the collection include:
(i) When you use the Services’ interactive tools and services, such as searching for Contact Center Software.
(ii) When you voluntarily provide information in free-form text boxes through the Services;
(iii) If you download and install certain applications and software we make available, we may receive and collect information transmitted from your computing device for the purpose of providing you the relevant Services, such as information regarding when you are logged on and available to receive updates or alert notices;
(iv) Through cookies, web beacons, website analytics services and other tracking technology (collectively, “Tracking Tools”), as described below, and;
(v) When you use the “Contact Us” function on the Site, send us an email or otherwise contact us.

We collect Your Information for various purposes, including the following:

5. Exclusions/ External Links
Information that you provide to non-Press3 companies is not covered by this Policy. For example: When you download applications or make an online purchase from a non-Press3 company while using Press3’s services or click on certain links which may direct you to other websites not maintained by Press3 (the “Third Party Website”), the information collected by Third Party Website is not subject to this Policy. Press3 has no control over the Information shared by You on Public forums — such as social networking services, Internet bulletin boards, chat rooms, or blogs. In the case of mobile application, we are also not responsible for the data collected by third-party push notification services. If you do not want to use third-party notification services to receive notification of incoming calls and messages, you can disable this in the notification settings found in your device settings.
6. Storage and Security of Information
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information. In particular, we shall transfer no information or personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
We store and process your information on AWS servers in East Virginia, USA. We maintain industry standard backup and archival systems. Although we make good faith efforts to store Personal Information in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public, we do not and cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information. If at any time during or after our relationship we believe that the security of your Personal Information may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you of that development. If a notification is appropriate, we will endeavor to notify you as promptly as possible under the circumstances. If we have your email address, we may notify you by email to the most recent email address you have provided us in your account profile. Please keep your email address in your account up to date. You can update that email address anytime in your account profile. If you receive a notice from us, you can print it to retain a copy of it. To receive these notices, you must check your email account using your computer or mobile device and email application software. You consent to our use of email as a means of such notification.
Press3 is not intended for or designed to attract users under the age of 18 and we do not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information on our websites from anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.

Press3 will comply with the local law of the land regarding Do not Disturb (DND) or Do Not Call (DNC) services.
